1 5 oz. package of Bumble Bee Tuna (this is what I like and buy, a can works just as well)
2-3 spoon fulls of plain greek yogurt (I only use chobani)
Garlic Powder to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Open package of tuna, drain if necessary
2. Put tuna, with 2 scoops of greek yogurt in bowl
3. Mix together well, adding pepper and garlic
4. Taste, if you want it creamier, add more yogurt, want more spice? Add seasoning
5. Core and de seed bell pepper
6. Cut pepper in half
7. Fill pepper with tuna salad, top with tomatoes, add the spinach inside the pepper if you want
