The expo presents a unique opportunity for those living in the Greater Rochester and upstate New York region to connect with national and local brands, small businesses and entrepreneurs who have products and services that help those living with celiac disease as well as holistic health and overall wellness.
This event will host over thirty vendors representing a diverse range of health and nutrition specialities including yoga, chiropractic care, reiki, plant based nutrition, and essential oils. Workshops and demonstrations will address all aspects of life impacted by celiac disease and other chronic illnesses. Family, food, and nutrition will be highlighted and the expo is free and open to the public.
Tickets for The Rochester Gluten Free Expo can be found by visiting the event's official website www.roctheglutenfreeexpo.com

As a side note - I first met Calvin in 2013, when I put a face to the blog and bakery I had read about in the papers. We made an instant connection over our shared conditions and passion for educating others on health and wellness. I've had the pleasure of writing a recipe for his blog as well as being featured in his podcasts but more importantly I could not be more impressed or proud of my friend.
