It's Monday, I'm tired, I worked all day and just got home, it's past my normal dinner time and I have yet to make it to the gym. The whole ride home from work, I played the back and forth game in my head between to work out or not work out. The more I thought about how I was too tired and sore to even work out, the worse I felt. And then I remembered one of my favorite quotes:
"Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right" The negativity energy I was using towards telling myself "I can't" should have been positive into telling myself "I can". I CAN go to the gym and I WILL go to the gym. Most people I talk to say the hardest part isn't the work out itself, but leaving the house and GETTING to the actual gym. SO, HERE I AM TELLING YOU, YOU CAN DO IT! GET YOUR BRAIN TO BELIEVE YOU CAN AND YOU WILL! GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND GO GO GO! I BELIEVE IN YOU, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
