Great tupperware is to meal prep as nike is to athletes
I literally use tupperware for every single meal of the day, every week, every month, of EVERY year SO I need my prep tools to be high quality and to withstand the test of time and constant use.
Immediately after opening the box, I could tell I had high quality product in my hands just from how DURABLE the plastic felt. I have two other "prep" type brand containers, that while awesome, have chipped and split over time due to how thin the plastic was...

1 Compartment - perfect for prepping items in bulk amounts
2 Compartment - the deep compartments made this my go to for a meat & grain container meal
3 Compartment - #foodcanttouch - perfect for portioning out various elements of a meal
All THREE containers had one HUGE factor that I loved: THE DEPTH of the container!
Deeper Container = More Food = Happy and Not Hungry Amber
One compartmenT -->best For bulk prepping
- Vegetables (Fresh Cut, Steamed, or Roasted)
- Grains
- Liquid/Broths
Most companies sell tupperware containers that are too shallow to hold a week's worth of prep food so I was pleasantly surprised when just ONE of these held an entire week's worth of green beans. The lid is also is a bit raised, which gives more space. Two of these were able to contain my prepped Kale for the week. I haven't tested out the capacity for two cups worth quinoa, but I will update when I do.
The container was PERFECT size to fit into my fridge and not take up too much space, plus it's stacking ability allowed me to keep all my prepped veggies to one side for easy access.
two compartments --> Separating sides/ make & Take meat & Grains
THIS is going to be my NEW "go-to" container when I need to bring a protein and grain with me while out and about at social gatherings or packing my own food for a trip.
Three compartments --> meals to go but a bit wide
I HATE when my food touches, so I was ecstatic to see that this separated container actually had some depth to hold multiple items, unlike others I have used in the past. It has three perfectly portioned containers for a meat, and two types of sides (maybe a grain and a veggie) BUT my BIGGEST issue with this container is that it fits in 1 out of 3 of my food travel bags.....
What I mean by that is: that it either didn't fit at all or had to be kept sideways, which reduces optimal icepack contact on the food to maintain freshness. It was too large for my lunch box, it only fit side ways in my FitMark bag, BUT it did fit in my Isolator Fitness Bag, which is the one I most often use for meals and dinners - so this would be PERFECT for stacking multiple meals on the go for traveling for a few days or when I am going to a BBQ or family party and need to take my own entire meal!
