My meals to alternate through out the week:
- 1 pound of ground turkey cooked with garlic powder
- Two Sweet Potatoes
- Sauteed Green Beans and Mushrooms
- Three breasts of Crockpot Balsamic Chicken
It may seem like a lot of time at once, BUT in under three hours I have saved myself a week's worth of cooking! Which is great because between substitute teaching all day and going to night class three times a week, plus homework and trying to find gym time, the last thing I want to be worrying about is "What's for dinner?"
