OPERATION BEAST MODE - I've revamped my entire work out routine as of the past two weeks. My body had gotten used to the same old and to be quite honest, I wasn't giving it my all during my work outs. I decided it was time for a change, for the more muscular. SO, I researched, downloaded some sick new jams, because let's be serious you can't get a great work out with out some motivational music, and decided to create my own work out program, Operation Beast Mode.
Over the last two weeks I have been implementing the "low weight, high rep" method for gaining muscle in my arms, as well as adding a killer amount of squat varieties for my legs, and much more isolated ab work. I know it's only been two weeks and results take A LOT longer to be visible but I am noticing a BIG difference in myself and it feels more than amazing! Nothing makes me feel more confident than seeing my body transform and change before my eyes!
