While it's awesome to have SO many options at the grocery store, it can also be overwhelming. Rice noodles, corn noodles, potato noodles...the possibilities seem to be endless, and all you really want to know is what will work best with your marinara sauce!

These are Giliah's opinions, but I have to agree with most of what she's saying!
After all, I like her, have dabbled in trying almost all varieties out there...
My favorite types of gluten free pastas are:
- Corn
- Corn/Potato Blend
- Quinoa
- Quinoa Blend
- Rice Noodles (a new find in the Asian section of my grocery store, so yummy!)
I do NOT like brown rice pasta...I don't like brown rice, so, that would make sense!
What can I say, I'm picky :)
