I am not even kidding when I say I bring my Camelbak Groove everywhere. For those who know me, it is like a third appendage, it is with me at all times, and if I forget it, I often go back to my apartment for it or immediately have to buy a bottle of water. Now you probably think I'm crazy, "what's this girl's deal with drinking so much water?" WELL I'LL TELL YOU, HYDRATION IS THE KEY TO BEING HEALTHY!
Not sure how much to drink? That "eight glasses of water a day" isn't one size fits all for everyone, age, weight, activity level, as well as climate and medical conditions also factor in. I take medication that has thirst as a side effect, SO I drink more than the average person. You can talk to your doctor about it if you're really unsure or use a water intake calculator to help you determine the amount of water you should aim to drink a day!
